Cordelia Knott's Chicken Dinners continue to please at Mrs Knotts
Christiane Salts Author of Cordelia Knott Pioneering Business Woman signs books at Buena Park Rotary meeting. On December 2nd at Mrs Knotts Chicken Dinner Restaurant local historian and educator Christiane Salts was on hand to give the attendees a short book talk. The book is for readers of all ages. Mrs. Knott was a wonderful cook and business woman. He zest for preparing terrific meals helped the Knott’s family to build Knott’s Berry Farm.
